I built Carraway Business Group because the financing industry has a trust problem. Business owners became application IDs. Relationships became pipelines. Commissions became the priority. I wanted to build something different.
My background is in financial analysis and strategy — I hold an MBA in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management at ASU and a B.A. in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University. I served in the United States Coast Guard. I've worked as a financial analyst, in sales, and in revenue operations across multiple industries. I understand the numbers.
But more than that — I understand people. Every business is run by someone with a family, a dream, and real stakes in the game. I'm a servant-leader at heart, and that shapes every client relationship I build. I won't ghost you. I won't push you toward the deal that's best for my commission.
